- It is. The backyard pool is a heated saltwater pool, so it feels just as good in a cool January as it does in August.
- How far is it to the beach?
- About a 10-minute walk. Grab your towel and go, no car, no beach parking, no fuss.
- How many people does the house sleep?
- Shell Yeah has 4 bedrooms (three king, one queen) plus a pull-out couch, and comfortably sleeps 10 guests.
- Is the cold plunge and sauna included, or an add-on?

- Can we walk to restaurants and bars?
- You can walk to a great little cluster of spots: Whole Foods, Southern Grounds, Another Broken Egg Cafe, Mayday Ice Cream, and Florida Juice and Bowl are all close by. For Mango's and the rest of the 1st Street bar scene, plan on a short drive, about 2 miles away.
